About Lily Home Health & Hospice

Lily Home Health & Hospice is a family-owned and operated service created to help our patients, their families, and caregivers throughout Wisconsin during one of the most difficult times in their lives. Too often these days healthcare has become a business-like interaction for patients and families and after seeing this trend over the years we wanted to create a hospice that truly puts not only the patient and their family first but also the providers who deliver compassionate care everyday and have dedicated their lives through their skills and care so that others can feel valued and truly cared for. Our care team was started with over 30 years of cumulative experience and know how in hospice care.

Dr. Tracy Geiger and Tiffany Geiger, AGPCNP, the owners and founders of Lily Home Health & Hospice, have cared for hospice patients, home health patients and their families for their entire careers and feel blessed and grateful to work with such wonderful teammates, patients, families and caregivers. We look forward to offering our model of end of life care to all who may benefit or may be in need. We thank everyone for their, trust, devotion, and companionship through Lily Home Health & Hospice.
