Our Team

The Lily Home Health & Hospice team comprises over 50 years of cumulative hospice experience and includes a hospice physician as our medical director, registered hospice nurses, certified hospice nursing assistants, chaplains, social workers, massage therapists, and volunteers all coming together to carry out the Lily mission in the care of our patients.
